Welcome to our apartment. The apartment is 58 sq mtrs in total size. Comprising of bathroom, bedroom,living room with kitchen/dining. Plus a balcony to dine on over looking the pool area and café terrace. All rooms are fitted out to a high standard with fully tiled floors and light and airy colours.

BEDROOM: With a view to the rear over looks the part of the Balkan range. With lovely views of the sunflower fields. Consists of 1 double low bed with side cabinets and lighting. Full length mirror and 1 double wardrobe. Bed is of brown leather origin with matching headboard.

BATHROOM: With bath and overhead shower. Washbasin, toilet, wall lighting and fully tiled. Bathroom cabinets and towel racks for storage.

KITCHEN: Two tone kitchen units, plenty of them. Fridge with ice box, Washing machine, Microwave, kettle, toaster , cooking utensils, all crockery provided for. Cutlery. Dining table with four comfy chairs.

LIVING AREA: Comfortable leather L shape suite which converts to 2 person sofa bed. Another 2 seater leather suite that converts to a 1-2 person sofabed. Flat screen LCD tv with cable channels. Theatre surround sound tv, dvd, cd, radio, system to add quality to your relaxation time. Shoe storage system for tidiness. Coat/jacket storage on wall.
