Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions applicable to booking our apartment.

1. Once we have received a £100 deposit per week, your booking will become in writing. The person making the booking guarantees payment of the total cost of the apartment and also does so for all others whom the booking includes.

2. A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is required to confirm the bookings. The balance must be paid six weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within six weeks of the holiday, then full payment must be made at the time of the bookingto ensure confirmation. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made by the due date.

3. The owners are not responsible in respect of death, bodily injury, accident, illness, loss or mishap to any guests whilst visiting the property. All guests are strongly advised to take out an appropriate travel insurance policy before travelling.

4. Written notification must be given by the lead booking name if the booking is to be cancelled. Cancellation shall be determined by the date that the written notice is received and it follows that;

The deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation within 6 weeks or 42 days of the holiday = the full payment of the holiday is non-refundable
If however we are able to re-let your booked week then all monies received will be returned to you including the deposit.
Please ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance to cover this cancellation clause.

5. The accomodation provided is only for the use of a maximum of 6 people

6. The owners reserve the right to request a security deposit of £100 along with the final payment.

7. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to play iunsupervised in and around the pool area or on the balcony to the apartment.

8. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed at all - smoke alarms have been fitted.

9. Pets are not permitted

10. Any damage caused to the apartment during your occupancy will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and charged accordingly.
